How you guys pulled out the voting information but failed to mention this was all based on a lie.

Oh....the poor gullible members of Congress....my heart bleeds. The Iraq war was, and still is, the right thing to do. It was based on the best intelligence we had. I'm not convinced it was a lie. Tell me though...are you one of those who can't believe in something unless he can lay his hands on it? If we see smoke in the distance, we know there's some sort of fire. If the fire was put out before we get there does that mean it never existed? That's the logic being used here.

I disagree that the Republican's have anything to do with the school system failing.
People are uneducated because they choose to be.
Kids are failing in school because they're glued to their PS3's and gameboys and their parents let them.
It's easier when your kid is quiet. It's the parents fault, not the childs and not the government. There is no self accountability.
Then the kid grows up to be a "man" and go figure...he can't get a job because he didn't go to school. It's okay...we'll cut him a check. Who needs proper syntax or spelling skills anyways? It's not like those are necessities.
I'm sorry but that's not the Republican's fault.
And despite the fact that I have benefited greatly from "affirmative action", I don't agree with it.
And also, we have to give the "bug guys" a tax cut, if we don't they're going to outsource. No skin off their backs.
It's going to be our jobs that get cut. They're aren't going to suffer a bit. Infact, they may be better off due to the lack of uneducated indolent American's who refuse to work a day in their life. So, let us hope that they take the tax break and stay because to be honest, we need their tax dollars to pay for many of these programs that are beneficial to us as well as the rest of the world.

Well all, it's been fun. I am going to "try" to step away from this. I have learned over the years that most (not all) people can be categorized into two groups. There are "Fact and Data" people and there are Feelings and Emotions" people. This can change based on topics but is generally tru for most personalities. I am a "Fact and Data" person and therefor I generally expect others to be as well as unfair and unrealistic as that is. It's in my DNA. As an Engineer and having a long line of "Fact and Data" men in my family.

Unfortunately when I present facts and data and am presented with feelings and emotions I can only look for the entertainment value in the discussion being had and this is often seen as sarcasm but it is more the frustration of not getting in return from a debate what I am offering.

So, based on the "Way I am" I am not able to make excuses for myself or my decisions or my behavior, I will only offer the facts and I am certainly not willing to make excuses for others like our elected officials. I review the facts and expect accountability from everyone in my life weather it's "Fair" or not. This is why I left my first marriage and was a very key factor in my decision to marry again when I found my amazingly intelligent, beautiful and "Fact and Data" minded wife Traci.

Well, it is difficult to be successful telling someone their "Feelings and emotions" are wrong. You can only offer the "Facts and Data" and hope to help them have a different understanding of a situation. Conversely you can't tell someone that the "Facts and Data" are not correct without offering additional or improved "Facts and Data" and hope that the person you are dealing with knows how to interpret the information provided.

Okay Nick, I think you rock just the way you are. I wouldn't change a thing about you. I just receive and interpret data in a different way than you do and I don't want to damage any valued friendship because of my rigid ways.
