I hate this quote...hate it with every fiber of my being. Yeah, I'm healed...do I still bleed? No...is there any discoloration in the area? No...is it sore to the touch? Only emotionally...

It reminds me of wounds I once held on the outside, sadly not even all that long ago and I think, did time heal these wounds? Obviously, it bleeds no more...it crusts no more...I can touch it without flinching...or can I? Some are raised, some are indented...but all are there...there to remind me. What would my heart look like if I could see all the marks on it? I can't even imagine....in fact, the image scares me...giving me nightmares. When you look into my eyes, can you see this soul? Oh God don't look at me...if you do, then you will be horrified...as I am horrified...I'm sickened...

When the healing times pass, has it ever felt as though time were ticking backwards?  Einstein had it correct.  When we are waiting on a lover or waiting on a wound to heal... time passes in an entirely different fashion.  To me, wounds don't heal.  We accept our daily routines as fact after our mind slows in it's imagining... Only appreciating the wonders that have been going on all around us the entire while our hearts have been completely engulfed.... only then... only seeing THE most perfect sunset and being able to adore it while we are alone... only then... can we find the love for ourselves again.

in the midst of a love so strong and consuming she was lost....paying no attention to her..or the needs of her heart.....it was at the moment of that crushing blow "it's time to move on"...."things are changing now".....that she came back into view of herself.....the double edged sword known as words fill her heart with a pain so enormous that only death could feel better .....but alas it is not her time yet.....only god can say...and he's not talking right now.....so the pain will endure until she finds herself again amidst the rubble of her broken heart......oh gods speed for the end of this time....the longing for it to be done and she can be looked upon no more.....the horrible face that takes the place of a smile is almost in place.....when the tears stop...so shall her heart....for the wall will be built around her soul for ever more......

ripping the heart out of another with such indifference, can you not see what i feel?.....asking one to rub salt into an open wound with such indifference, can you not see what i feel?.......if it's over then let it end with dignity not indifference.....let the broken heart that barely beats in her chest rest from the constant barrage of hits.....for just like a man made out of tin can only take so many dents before it falls so is such with a ragged heart that's hanging onto it's last beats with all it's might.....can you not see what i feel?......

Indifference...apathy...hatred...I'd rather be forgotten or ignored. Any negative reaction towards me just makes it worse and make me "accidentally" lose control of the steering wheel. Do you see the ground coming closer? I'd take you down with me if I could, but it's too easy...I'd rather make you live your life knowing how much you've hurt someone who loved you so much...who was ready to be your wife...who would've gladly given up the freedom of singledom to spend her life with ONE person...forever. I would've been good to you and you know that, but you don't care and that's fine...I know on your deathbed you'll remember me...just like he will. You'll regret the pain you caused in this already worn down heart...this tired, glued together broken heart.

You know...and you'll remember...and no, you're not forgiven.

as the hours tick away....to the last breath of you i will take....it seems like forever since we've come this far....no two others have ever been so soul perfect around one another as you and i....finding another in this lifetime that see's what you see, hears what you hear, loves what you love....and cares for you more than life itself is a once in a lifetime occurance....but alas....the years have put blinders on your heart....the fears of finding yourself lessened of a man has made you indifferent to what is in front of you....morning will come on your face as you lie in bed...and my memory shall be there waiting for your thoughts to awaken.....the hours tick away.....can you hear what i feel?.........
