Geoff--CED in Texas City has them in stock. CED in Houston on Elysian may also. CED is Consolidated Electrical Distributors. It's a Sylvania QTP1X32T8/UNVISNSC. It's good for FO17, 25 and 32w lamps. 32W being T8. Should work fine for a 36" lamp.
