Geez, and after I got off the phone I grabbed the flashlight and tried to see if he had even a hint of having a ring instead of a spot!   Mr. Ocellifer was probably wondering what the heck was wrong with him.  He kept coming up to the front tho so I could get a good look.  And I guess I'm a sucker for a handsome fish, cause I have him a treat for putting up with my examining  :).  Guess I'll have to wait til he grows some.  I saw the rings on the pictures on planetcatfish.com on the species data page.

Mike doesnt accept American Express, so i know ive never used my CC there. Anyways its for business use only.

I havent bought anything from him in a while that i havent paid cash for.
