    If you have a mfg and model number handy I can locate it for you--might save you some tail chasing as most ballasts designed for 2 lamps won't work right for a single lamp.

      I have it wrote down at the house, I greatly appreciate the help.

      I know it is a single bulb, T8,T10,T12 for up to 40Watts, electronic ballast.
