I do 2x 70% weekly filtered tap.

This last week was 2x70% and an additional wc that was close to 100% since I removed everything and had to do a good cleaning. Also hosed off two of the canisters that were on there.

My tap is pretty good though....
7.8-8.0 pH
No traces of nitrogen
Tds of 150-180
GH of 7-10
KH of 10-14
Phosphates are up there but not bad.

I slow filter through a giant carbon bottle and use Amquel+plus/NovaAqua+plus.

How much do you change. 50% or 75 with chemicals. Is it filtered or straight from the tap?

As for breeding......yes it never fails! The nice clean water, slightly cooler, whatever it is it works!

Yeah, water changes for me used to guarantee that something would breed within the next week.

I got 30 this go around but with the massive water change I did it sparked some breeding and about half of my females are holding
