Funny.....Not too worried about their battle scars since that makes it easier for me to recognize them. Also it was well worth the entertainment! I'm sure I could find males if needed so not worried about that either.

Well I am glad their bodies will heal up :)

... btw when I get my next tank setup for trophs... Im calling you over for some landscaping advice.... I will have others to carry the rock, because I know to tempt you for this you will have to have a Heineken in your hand at all times, so that does not allow you to do much lifting :P

There's only 4 males....the sub-dominant remained in control of the second rockpile.

The 2 males that normally cruise with the females tried their luck with the alpha but they failed....all three are really busted looking but the alpha still reigns command.

There was no other male to score while the males were fighting since there was only the 4 and all they had in mind was fighting!

Who won ?  The Alpha still holding the crown ?
Did the sub take over a few ladies and score some points with them while the three others where going at it ?

All part of the natural pecking order....

I removed everything awhile back and was looking forward to two things....the new scape and the fight action!

Turned out better then I expected cause the alpha male was chosen to be overtaken so the fight was awesome!

It lasted all day and the alpha is busted up pretty bad cause the two other males took turn trying to over take the position.

I went through a 6pk watching these boys go at it.

Rescaped my tank after having it bare for several weeks so it sparked up some good fights!

From the looks of it the 2 males tried over taking the alpha but left the sub-dominant alone.
