I was at FG over the weekend and saw the Brightwell stuff. They had it marked super high. Im thinking about setting up a 10 gal with this stuff too. Ill get a smaller bag though. FG has multiple varieties available, anyone have any info which would be best for shrimp?

I just scored 2 bags of Double Red Line Akadama also. we'll see how it turns out.

I'm pretty excited about it though, I imagine it will be far better than what ADA offers... Brightwell is a BEAST of a company. Makes me want to set up a small High-tech just to find out for myself.

Aquasoil = 28/9L = 3.11 per liter

Brightwell = 77/12.5L = 6.16 per liter

That's about double the price. Let see how well this product works if I pick up a tank tonight.

I heard he's going to try out the new stuff that brightwell just came out. I went to FG yesterday and bought a big bag of it. I'm looking for a 15 gallon or 2x 10 gallon to test out the soil.

This stuff is expensive compare to ADA Aquasoil.
