the ones i've been having problems with is the yellow polyps right next to the hydno they grow super fast and sting anything the get close to ...had to frag those a couple times recently.

Looks good almost makes me want to take the plunge again, but after a huge loss i just cant. Mine grew fast and incrusted the plug, then the rock, and before i knew it wiped out some ricordia. It has some long sweepers, just my expiriance with it. Good beginner sps is why i bought it, looked like a fuzzy cheeto. Very hardy though and forgiving to water conditions and maturity levels of new tanks.

Is that hydnophora sps on top? If so that stuff grows fast and has a mean sting for corals it runs into. I have always loved nano's and yours looks good.

    update..
got rid of my berlin air lift skimmer..... emptying the collection cup was a pain and the suction cups were always coming loose and it would fall and then my air pump broke .....so i recently upgraded to a cpr bak pak 2 skimmer. works awesome! dialed in easily and produceing good skimmate. also changed my bulb to a 14k pheonix , this bulb looks more like a 20k to me wasn't really expecting that. getting used to the more blue look. Bulb is awesome for growth though.

I'm becoming addicted to it just by looking at it.

    I admire your skill.

well, i don't see that happening anytime soon but you never know. if it comes to the point where i cant afford run both, i'd probably keep the salt because its smaller. but recently when i moved i had to cut back from 7 tanks and kept this one and my trophs. I would really love to get a bigger tank 210/300g and throw some petros and trophs in there, but i am a broke college student and wont have that kinda cash for awhile. basicly what i'm trying to say is you don't have to worry, i have plans to keep trophs/petros for a long time.

Just sad that you may go over to the reefer side and no longer have Trophs..
