Ra Sushi in the Town & Country Center grand opening is next Tuesday! Plan on going there for lunch sometime next week since I work right down the street, should be good! (even though I can't have any of the really good stuff ie. salmon, tuna, and alcohol!)

I love Saba, but there its IMPORTANT, that its served a little warmer than "ice" cold like how I like salmon and most other foods.. we are talking about the difference between 38F and like 50F, reason is that when Mackerel gets really cold it dries out and becomes flaky, rather than solid..

different fish has to be eaten at different temp, and depends on how its served, sashimi should be cold, but sushi should be served as close to the body temp as possible...

You will Love MASA. All of the Japanese at my work, claim it is the best place in town. I have to agree with them on what I have eaten and experienced so far. It is the most Japanese like Sushi Bar I have been too.

I spent a Month in Japan, and that is where I went from Sushi EWW nasty, to Loving it and craving it from time to time.

You have great food too, nothing against what yall have going on. I have been eating at Masa for over 2 years, and they have had Sapporro Gold Reserve that entire time. So it's been in town for atleast that long. I am so glad to know you guys are getting it now, this way I can enjoy my favorite Japanese beer too, when I am in your place.

its all cool, our supplier just started to carry more different type of beer, i been drinking asahi black for forever, and we just starting to carry it about a month a ago.... so ever get the tex-mex-jap special sauce from them? geoff... or was it the redneck sushi sauce.. whatever they call it now...

went to Little Tokyo today and it was awesome as always...I had a "Randy's Roll" some miso soup and a "Crunch Roll" I think was what the other one was called.
