Finally got around to taking update pics. I added my new Ocean Greens I got from HAW. I will have to say I toiled over the decision to get them and Dustin swore they would look good. I originally wanted Cobalts for the deeper blues. I have to say Dustin was right in my tank these guys are a deep blue and look awesome under my dawn/dusk lights. Here are the pics enjoy.

RO/DI is really not needed at all. Big Change on the tank btw...there are some really nice LARGE blue diamonds at HAW right now. Are those your wilds up there.

yeqah, thats the only hitch with ro/di, its completly pure, yes its free of all toxins, bacteria, disease, and such, but it also removes the benifial trace elements that fish and humans for that matter need.

Just an FYI out there to anyone that wants to use RO/DI. I did some research and asked some people and learned that you shouldnt use RO/DI only which now makes sense since it removes almost everything out of the water the fish will not be able to get trace elements for normal brain and body functions. So I will now be supplementing my RO/DI with trace elements and salt. I do not want to mix tap and RO/DI to get the elements in because I do not want to re-introduce the Chloramines the city uses.

Thanks I plan on getting some Cobalts or maybe some Turqs or something to bring in some Blues and I think it will look great seeing the bright reds, blues, and greens from the swords.

Sorry to see the wilds go Brian, but the new ones look very nice. I like the tank layout... lots of swimming room.

Wow - I love the pigeons and pandas. Great looking tank. I know wilds are popular these days, but I love the nice round shapes of the domestics.

Traded them in for SC. I miss their colors but I know they will be happier in a tank that isnt in the middle of all of the action. These Pandas and Pigeons are coloring up real good.
