wow, what an awesome tank! love the thread, I didnt read every page, can you tell me the dimensions of this tank, and the lighting you are using?

My plan was to have about 20 discus in two strains and 200 rummy noses and cardinals. I have actually taken the tank down now going in a different direction. I will post up the new tank once I get it started.

I am living vicariously thru you Darbex .........what a tank !! And what a woman you married to let you do it .................nice. Am curious , with a tank that size, how many discus do you plan to stock it with ?? Do you stick with one color or strain ?? What else do you envision putting in there with the discus ?? Maybe 300 cardinals ?? Lastly, I am assuming a tank like that is custom made, true ?? If not, I'm sure not shopping at the stores that offer that type of thing off the rack --- keep us posted on this project ---- I'm happy for you.

water quality looks great...lights look good...but tank looks empty. I would say about another 8 discus and about 200 more cardinals and more rummy's. Maybe some german rams as eye catchers. Just an opinion though...
