Ive been keeping dats for a few years, they grow slow so i wouldnt expect much from the minis you've been seeing lately. If you want something that can take down those trophs get a 5+ incher. They will probably hide alot with trophs and dont like bright lighting

Will the small ones go after my fry? FRII said he feeds his rosies so that's about the same size almost.

daphilster08, about how big of a fish in comparison to their own size can they eat?

I have small fish in my tank and don't mind losing some of the smaller ones but don't want to lose them all.
