To get the manufacturers to reimburse you, I think you need to determine what exactly it was that happened. What the heck happened?!?!

EFU Canister filter killed all my fish
Hello all,
I just wanted to tell you that after some problems with broken parts on a EFU Canister filter, I got it hooked up and running on an established tank with established filtration last night
I turned the lights on this morning and ALL MY FISH WERE DEAD.
That means: 38 Wild Caught Tropheus moorii "Chilambo"
22 F1 Tropheus duboisi "Kigoma"
6 F1 Chilambo fry.
All of my parameters were perfect on this tank. I even did a test on the water this morning and everything was 0.
Does any one have advice for me to get the manufactuers to re imburse me for the loss?
I am devestated!!!!!!!!! Those fish were awesome.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
