I will bump the temp to 80 slowly don't shock the fish changing the temp to fast

Idk what he use but he bring it back to health and that one almost lost all the scales and was a red looking like a albino

They are tropical fish, I would recommend about 76-80, but I believe any fish can adapt to the temperatures of the water if you acclimate them to it. Temp shouldn't be that much of a problem. I would slowly add some aquarium salt into the 20g for right now. If you don't have aquarium salt, any salt without the "anti-caking" ingredient will do. 1 Tbsp for every 5 gallons of water is what I normally put for table salt.
A picture would really help to determine if you need to go buy some meds for your fish.

got the lights off,jd doesnt hurt the oscar, the tilapia does that i have now gotten rid of and wont get another, and yea like 65-70, what temperature would you recommend,yes i dechlrointte the water after a water change,dont use salt, iwas thinking of getting something with aloe vera to help his skin heal,im concerned on how to stop it from spreading throught more of his body

Do you use salt in your tanks after a water change? Do you dechlorinate the water when you do a water change? Why is the water kinda cold? Is it cold like the 65-70 degree range? Did the JD attack the Oscar? If you have an injured fish, I find it helpful to keep the lights off to reduce stress.

Ive got a 12 inch oscar, his fins are coming off hes showing white from the scale loss
