I wouldn't mind finding a pair of gobies, particulary the mkombe collection point.

I've kept a few eretmodus and tanganicodus and find them entertaining. Mean mofos though when it comes to territory

I bet they would or throw in some fiesty gobies and it would be assured, they only allow the dingo's (petricolas) into the rockwork and I have half a mind they hate them as well

From what I read on these they are inbetween, if provided nice rock structure they will pick and choose. I want to get some Julidochromis Ornatus to see if that will push them away from the rocks some and more into the shells.

We introduced our multi's into an empty tank and they flocked to the rockwork and ignored the shells, until we added the gobies and they quickly decided rockdwelling was a hobby they needed to give up on, lol. I still think the male misses his 'trench' and thinks of it longingly

I read that article too, one of very few that speaks from personal experience.

I have found that mine like to inhabit the crevices/holes found in the rocks vs. the Neothauma shells I have in the tank for them.
