Jesper, I vote for cherry coke!

I will bring a cooler with ice and some can or bottle drinks.  I will be bringing my two small tables as well.  

If anyone else wants to bring something to share like drinks or chips, it would be appreciated.

Also, club donations for the Raffle are also appreciated.

I'm very excited about this meeting coming up and I hope you are too.

I talked to Roy and Heidi Saturday... they ask NICELY please limit the number of bottles coming to their house.   They had an accident last time with a broken bottle which one of their dogs after a clean up had been attempted somehow located with their paw and it cut its foot..
Therefore I ask if at all possible please bring cans... if you bring bottles please make sure that you are in possession at all times of said bottle as we will be implementing a rule of : a bottle not in hand is bottle directly for the can (trashcan that is).
those of you who bring bottles make sure they are in a tub or cooler or something where if they somehow fall over they will spill inside a container where they will not be stepped on....

Now to the more important notes..
I will be bringing my blue 18g cooler with Cherry Coke and ???  I need suggestions... and I knew from the get go Cherry Coke was coming..  Give me more choices :)

Donations are a nice thing, and I'm sure those who are better off will donate. But it seems cool to auction off the things you wanna get out the door...I could use a food cost return, for instance.
I just show up, someone else decides these things anyway; so, I will see ya'll there.
By the way, which comes first... the auction or the Raffle?

BTW, ek...raffled or auctioned, donations go 100% to the club...only difference I see is auction has a chance of more return to the club, unless it doesn't sell. So raffle should probably come after the auction, if anyone has any money left to buy tickets.

Thanks for for the suggestions.  I like the idea of using the donated items in the auction.  But there are some items...like Megans delicious cookies that might serve well in the Raffle.  Leftover items from the auction going to the raffle sounds good too.  Just have to work out the logistics of it.  

Oh, thank you Jesper for mentioning the bottles.  When meeting at Roy and Heidi's place, I'd like to discourage any glass unless its the good stuff and those bottles stay in the kitchen till its time to refill your glass.... 8)

Three more days!  This meeting looks to be a good one.  (Like there was ever gonna be a bad one...LOL)

Ek.... Remember.. bottle not in hand.... goes directly to the can... (trashcan that is)...  we will enforce this so we do not have the broken bottle problem again.. A suggestion would be to bring a good beer stein and pour your bottle into that :)
