I'm probably getting there at about 9:15, 9:30. I think Tim's gonna be there even sooner than that. So, that time works if you want to come then! :)

Last couple of auctions didnt end till about 6 or so. All depends on how soon we start. I just finished bagging only have about 30 but thats a lot more than I anticipated pulling out.

How long can I reasonably expect the auction to last? I noticed on the hall website it says 1 hour for set up, 4 hours for the event, and 1 hour for clean up. I'm planning my day around this so it would be nice to know...

Just wanted to let everyone know that if you don't want to make index cards for the items you're selling, then that's fine. :) I suggest making one if you would like something specific explained about an item (history of fish, explanations about equipment, etc.) when it is up for bidding. Otherwise, index cards can be skipped. :)
