True...I don't count my shrimp. If you end up with more that you started with, then it a good mix in my book. I'd mix 'em with Neocaridina species.

lol that might be true EK, my shrimp are about 4x the body volume of the chillis. the chillis may be young yet though.

I'd be more worried about the fish but I could see where a small tank might cause worry

My chilis have never bothered my adult or baby yellow shrimp. I started with 4 adult yellows that Tim gave me in October, and now I have upwards of 30! Plus, the chilis are so cute. They school right alongside my microneons!

my chilis dont bother the adult shrimp, but i havent had any shrimplets yet so i am hoping that some of them make it. they definately cruise the substrate like they are hunting though. i need a bunch more subwassertang or moss i think lol.
