yeah... working at the pet store i had to refuse sales to several people over the years when they told me they planned on releasing the fish into local bodies of water. some didn't know any better, others did but didn't care. the latter makes me very sad.

I do. The thing is, you're posting about releasing it on this forum. That's asking to get your IP tracked and get a hefty fine. They've done this several times over on MFK and caught people with fish that are illegal to possess. We don't need that kind of publicity on this awesome forum.

Wow really? Its "hot" BC people are trying to steer you in the correct direction. I find it some what ridiculous that you get banned for shinanigans, only to come back and show your true juvenile colors thus resulting in another ban. Then your ban is lifted for the second time, for reasons I cannot fathom. Only to have you come back and talk about illegal activities like its no big deal to the hfb owner! I may get an infraction for this I may not, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Good luck...

the big deal is the "hot thread" comment, as if the member enjoys getting us stirred up or is doing so intentionally. the issue that i have with this is that people come here to look for information and they will read that it's ok to put a baby rtc in a 20g tank or that it's a good idea to "stock" your local watering holes so that you can go fishing later.
