because I heard there are some that grow larger than others..

Its very hard to tell just how big they will get to.
It does depend on how much you feed them & how often you change the water & the quality of the water.

Yeah, I'm not a big discus fan, but those on his avatar sure are nice.

I seen some blue ones like that at the gallery a while back. They wanted both arms and one leg for them too!

The one in my avatar won 1st place in an ACA showing in 2004.
I have a pair now that I am trying to breed.
None for sale at the moment.

i want to do a discus tank.....i just have to find the right tank to match the one in my head for them....

Ek if you get the room let know.
I not have to many left of either kind.
I think about 6 of the blue diamond & a dozen or so of the red melons.
I had 24 of the BD's & 60 or so of the RM's to start with.

Got most of them sold.
I still a few of them left.
They are all real nice quality not the type of low quality you find in the LFS.
