we got tons of so called special menu, then again i can make just about anything u want, as long as i got the item to do so...  as for horrible raw fish in town, i can say we got good ones, anything that is bad to my standard gets tossed in the trash, anything lower then AA quality we either cook it or goes in trash... ek if you want, pm me ur addy, i'll mail over a menu for you... i really would like someone to scan it, that way everyone on here can see it...

Asking cause I might have to bring the lady friend along for this one and I'm not too keen on the std. rolls since my grandpa owns a commercial fishing boat so the raw stuff is horrible in town so I stick to the special custom rolls each restuarant makes up.
