Sushi night -- Jan 23rd 7:30pm Iron Chef Sushi Bar.

Its 5am.. and I just got up to start my travels to Atlanta... man I am still full from Sushi last night.. damn it was good.. I have not stuffed myself like that since I had my lapband surgery. This is what happens when you eat for 3 hours... slow enough for all of it to pass into the stomach.. man it was great :)

Sorry... been one hectic week at work and everyone is on edgge. I slept maybe 8hrs in the past 3days... At least I didn't saw anything like I did with my other friend that called yesterday when I was sleeping...

Mahoro.. the flu shot should really be taken in September/October before the season starts.. its a shot that needs time for the body to build immunities... You can take it anytime, but as the season ends (end of March / April) then chances are you are going to get a strain they didnt protect against that year or you are simply not going to get sick
If you feel like superman and still under the age of 40 they tell you that its up to you. If you are older than 40 they always recommend strongly to get the flu shot.. so that it will not be as a devastating a time out while you can be sick.
I know the flu shot has helped me this year...I got it back in October and my room mate last month came down with a NASTY NASTY flu -- laid him out... and his kids got sick... I didnt get sick at all... because of the flu shot
I am thinking by today if you have not gotten it.. I simply would not worry about it until next fall.... btw.. flu shots are good for about a year to two... no more.. because the viruses mutate constantly.
