Can't really tell from the pic, but they could be red belly pacu and he's using the name to get more interest. Either way, you're right, he's asking for a whole load of trouble. -

If you have a big enough tank and want something meaner than one of those silly little piranhas, go up to Day Lake by Dayton and catch a Bowfin, or Grinnell as I know it. Piranha, HA!
