I prefer Twitter to FB. I have both, but don't really post anything I'm doing on either one. I use Twitter for updates about things I'm interested in, like news or Blogs I want to read.
I also have HFB sending all newly created threads to twitter, and then I have a twitter widget on my Google home page so I can (try) to stay on top of the things that I like. :)
