It was a good game Dallas D did hold them to a lot of field goals especially considering the turnovers. I just dont understand the play calling on offense. If you are ripping them a new one on the ground for over 250 yards why did they keep airing it out when Romo was having a bad night run the damn ball.

OK, so I got into this kinda late, but I'm from Dallas and have been a fan from the beginning...through the good, bad, criminal and Super Bowls. I didn't like that Jerry Jones fired Tom Landry (not a cool thing to do...), but I admire his single minded goal to win another Super Bowl. He is a micro-manager (ask any of his former coaches) that needs to let the coaches do their job. He is also a believer in any pubicity is good publicity for the Cowboys, so any controversy will be all over the media.
Hopefully with TO out of the way, the Boys can begin to wreak havok on the football field with out any internal distractions..
Win #1 for 2009 in in the books

Gene I agree with your assessment of Jones on the football side of the business. He needs to get out if he did that we would be getting rings every year. But he is one hell of a business man. You and I arent opening up a 1 billion dollar stadium that seats more people than any pro sports stadium. We also dont own a team that is worth $1 billion. Jerry bought the team for $150 million in '89 in 20 years he has increased his investment almost 10x. Pretty good for a hillbilly from Arkansas.
