So I didnt really want to pull my lawyer hat out of the closet, but let me again use these words "the a crime (dont know if mis or fel) to discharge a firearm inside Houston City Limits" So in short... you will need a lawyer to interpret the legaleese in the exact statute etc.. blah blah blah
