Went to the gun show at GRB yesterday. High Caliber is definately a much better show than the Real gun shows.

Almost purchased a Ruger LCR. Seriously considering a lightweight revolver and I liked this model.

I've got a M&P 9C and I'm looking for a smaller pocket type model.

Any experienced opinions out there about quality revolvers?

i used to have a Sig 45cal. ACP. all black.

Which Sig Sauer you have there Brian ?
I have personally the Sig Sauer P220 and P226. Very few guns shoot better in my opinion than these two. For 9mm the P226 is nearly unbeatable.. nothing against glock, but in the end Glock is a good choice.. I would have stayed with the Sig. (unless it was a Rev 1 of their old school revolutions and then I totally understand your need to clear it out of your inventory)

What's the big fascination with Glocks? I've never seen what was so special about them, especially now days when there are better choices in Polymer.

somewhere in this thread I went on a Danielp rant about polymer guns. something about metal and polymer blah blah blah.

Then I went looking for a CC gun. Was told and shown that polymer for CC is the way to go and after drilling several people about my concerns I decided to give polymer a try.

I narrored my choices to a Glock 26, Springfield XD and a Smith M&P 9C. After additional spec comparrisons and handlng them at shows I decided on the M&P 9C.

What a smooth shooter. Saving my money now for it's big brother.
