          Or I learned that if you put a mirror (taped to the outside of the tank),it would help increase your flowerhorn activeness and that would increase his color.just try.

            Yes, I've heard of that too. I'm thinking maybe I would partition the new tank and get him a girlfriend.

              Yep, he has outgrown his old home. I think he would love a lot more space in the 72 bow front.

                  FlowerHorns are normally compatible with granite rock.

                          Granite rock tank mates

                          Flowerhorns kill almost all tank mates, they destroy plants and are the bad boys of the aquarium world.

                          They cannot damage granite rocks, although they will likely try.
