Nah man...blk on blk makes the colors of your fish pop! IMO....go for it! i think you'll like it. i've had a kinds of sub. and don't think i'll ever use another...unless your goin for a more natural look. Purchasing a 500 gallon bowfront from a member on here...Should be plenty. Currently building an indoor Pond 8X3X3 to hold em till then. Had em since 2", Started in a 125, lasted for about a year. Now 13" later, they are in a 180. And it's still too small. So, now after many arguments w/ my "very understanding wife" Gettin the 500.Last edited by Ceejay; 10-18-2010, 10:58 AM.
