Lucky? I had to buy TEN to get this ONE! Lol, but one out of ten ain't bad i guess! The other one is not near as green. They both change color alot depending on mood, Like most cichlids. Lol, and i actually cleaned the glass. Wait till i get a real camera!, these were all taken w/ my phone.

What is your plans for all these fishes? They are cool fishes, but...wow this is going to be needing some serious gallonage. I am asking because I am looking at some tank upgrades down the road. PM me I might have something you might be interested in.

Man, i've been thinking about trying my hand at building an acrylic about 300+. I run a metal fabrication shop in houston and have been welding for about 12 years.....never plastic/acrylic though Lol! Are you planning on selling one of your 300's? If so, then i would def. consider buying it from you, if the price is right.

I plan on keeping them for life. I have been keeping fish for several years, so i'm not naive to the fact of just how big these guys get. I have only the two cichla, and i'm pretty sure a 400 Gallon tank could hold them comportably. If not.....them my wife is just gonna have to deal w/ having an indoor pond in our garage LOL!
