No not yet, it's sitting in the living room on its stand, empty. I can't wait to start setting it up but I'm holding off because it's going to be setup as a high tech tank with a ledge background and planted with mid to foreground species as I want the background to not be overwhelmed by the planting. I haven't even thought about fishes yet. Lighting most likely will be a Finnex Planted or a USA Satellite. Filter will be a Hydor 600 and it will be having some Co2 that I will be putting together from a aquatek reg. and a paintball tank. I'm working with a budget of $1000. And the wife already bought me the tank and stand at Petsmart. Listed as a combo for $399.00 she negotiated the price down $100.00 less. Gotta love a wife that supports your hobby.....live this woman....lol

Those swords will be huge. I used to have a sword pretty much filling 1/3 of my 40B.

Thanks for the tip troy. Ptran that red plant is plastic, I'll be yanking that thing off here soon and replacing it with something else I can tie there.. maybe tie some java or flame moss to the log or drift woods high column. I'm hoping the swords do well since everything will get moved around and or clips from them will go to the 75 setup I have in the living room.

You do have a nice start. Some tips, java fern does best on drift wood. It does not like to have its roots in substrate. Anubias can go both ways. Your swords will out grow the tank fast.

Here's some pics I took this morning, nothing big but it's a start. Driftwood leaching just a tad and today I'll be doing the fist 50% water change for a week and will add some root tabs and start some ferts.uploadfromtaptalk1443795204652.jpguploadfromtaptalk1443795224730.jpguploadfromtaptalk1443795241041.jpguploadfromtaptalk1443795264172.jpguploadfromtaptalk1443795298393.jpguploadfromtaptalk1443795331049.jpg

I did a DIY LEDs on my daughters 10g, worked fantastic for the first couple of weeks but LEDs started to go out or go dim. Never trust cheap led strips.

Thanks.
I'm also in need for an LED light for a 10G tank, so just want to see how yours looks like.
