Well if that's the case we can light scape it and then pull it all back out and then grow the foreground(HC) so it gets a grasp and rooted partially emersed then fill it it with water and throw the rest back in. With this jump start it'll work.

Lay it all in to get an idea of what goes where and take it out and keep in a holding tank/bucket. then dry scape it so to speak and let the HC get a head start.
