No sweat, I had it from when I was considering a planted tank and CO2, but never went that route. Its just collecting dust and did not cost me anything, always better to see it get some use. I just know I have a bad memory and its in my toolbox

LoL, I don't want to deal with trimming and constant replanting. I love how the plants grow under high light though, the petite stays really compact and full, moss also grows lush anf thick.

What size is the tubing on that system, I can get you connects and fittings so it'll be plug and play. I think it'll be 1/4", but I can do 3/8" as well

Its a SFP20SSB, stainless steel rated for 5000#

How large is your tank can't wait to see it set up and don't think you need co2 or that much light for just some anubias nana and moss

Not sure exactly as I haven't gotten the regulator together yet. I'll figure it out and let you know, thanks again!

You rock, Thai! Unfortunately my lighting isn't near as much as I need. I have only 26 watts on an 8 gallon. Boo to nanos.

                      26w pc?

If so that's enough! Your method of starting it off has to be out of the norm but doable!

Thai, the future ex- bro in-law has hc/hm/and the new hydroctyle(jap four leaf creeper) growing emerse.

Apparently it's not enough for a nano. It turns out to be 3-4 wpg but for nano cubes you need to go higher. When I tried the HC though, it was without a good CO2 system... just the lame plastic cylinder diffuser that comes with the Flora.

Thai, maybe I can try out some of the HC when you have a little to spare! Does it only grow emersed? I had mine send out a few feeble runners while submersed.

BTW I saw this today and thought of you! Was gonna picture text it to you but didn't hear back after the flame moss picture text, so I didn't know if you got it or not.

Hahaha I'm on my phone and saw the accord and was like "stalker"!
                            awwwwesome!

I got the pic, thought I replied, sometimes I swype the send button and lock my phone without looking to see if it sent cause I'm good like that. But then it doesn't go through. LoL!

The HC needs good substrate and it'll grow, emersed is just to get iit to grow/spread faster and also makes it not all mushy so its easier to plant. The nano is on the low/med side but it can be done. When you're ready for a rescape lmk and ill show ya! That or get a tine ceramic pot saucer, layer with some good soil, and lay the HC in that, put the saucer sitting in water near the window sill, it'll fill the saucer and then just bury that in your tank.

I'm ready for a rescape! I'm so tired of how my tank is right now. Need a change.
