Horrible fish store

i know this is supposed to go under the retail section but i thought it would get more views in tis forum. i live around the corner from fish and pet ranch off almeda genoa and i have had enough of them today i had a horrible experiance and im now done. i went in there every few weeks with a friend of mine some times we buy stuff other times we dont . i went in there a few weeks with out him and the owners wife made the comment oh your by yourself today you didnt bring your friend and i replied no just me today she then said something that was beyond rediculas and i quote "good he never buys anything he is a 100% nightmare just looks never buys" i blew it off and thought nothing of it. i hit the place up for feeders once a week and the occasional fish. Last time i was in there she told me oh i bet your just looking you never buy anything. i stoped going for a while then today i went in there and i bought 2 bucks worth of feeders and gave her $3 she got the change out of the register and threw it on the counter and walked away. i am never going back to this store. i like the place and its so convenant but its not worth it has anybody else had any problem with this place?

with so many fish stores in the city, nobody should be taking crap like this, i think its ridiculous that someone who sells something can treat customers like this - after all its not a monopoly, i've never been, but won't go now for sure

service is everything,if they are conveniant some people will always go and just take it But at my party rental business it takes a lot less than that to be terminated from working here and believe me sometimes we have to put up with some crazy stuff.........

OMG! The store at Wilcrest and 59! I went in to buy a thermometer and the guy almost screamed at me that since heaters all had built in ones now, that nobody used thermometers anymore. I took that to mean he didn't have any thermometers. The two of these guys are brothers.

My last time there was about 10 years ago. I thought that store was dead. Freaking hate that place, and I have a VERY long fuse.

funny thing is I do everything I can  to support the LFS. Like everyone I try to make decisions that will allow my money to go the furthest. If it something I want or need I dont care what it cost.  

My only deal is that I want to be treated fairly like everyone. ......not treated special or anything else......just fair.. That is just stupid.......cant believe people act like that.  

If I conducted business that way, I would be living under a bridge some place.

that's a shame that they feel they have so much buisness that they can treat customers any way they feel they want to...
it is without a doubt i would never ever go in there again......

Yeah, they cornered the market over there when Tropical Fish Depot shut down.  And yes EK.....they are very ASIAN...LOL!!!  I have had good experience there, his wife can be a little harsh sometimes but what can ya do.  You also have to look at the area that they are in, it's not one of the most safest places in town so I'm sure they deal with a lot of crap.  I'm really surprised that they are still in business over there.

I stopped in there a few weeks ago to see what they had to offer, and the guy ran me out of the store. It was 2 pm and he said he was going to lunch. "Buy something or get out."
I'll never return.
