For the cost of one intake side Eheim QD you could make 4 DIY QD out of parts from Lowe's.

Found my manual. It says the parts #'s are 400541 and 400741. So it would be the second and third QD's on your link, if you decide to go with stock parts.

In sch40 not in sch80 and you know the valves are easier to turn in sch80

I respectfully disagree. A QD made out of Sch80 PVC will outlast OEM by a long shot

If you have extra cash, buy the Eheim QD or make one out of sch80 - otherwise just use the sch40 stuff. DIY stuff is a little more bulkier.
