OK, just did a WC on my 100, 135 and 210 (75% WC is my standard). Gonna have to do the 280 tomorrow to catch some fish out of it so can't really get an estimate on how long it will take to do all four tanks. It took about 2 hrs and 20 - 30 mins to do all three of the smaller tanks so if I already see a huge time saving using the 50ft "drinking water safe" hose over using the Aqueon python to fill up. I bet I can do all four of my tanks in under 3.5hrs which means a time saving of one hour. Will confirm next time I get to WC all my tanks back to back.

that's pretty cool! So I'm lazy, what made you decide to go with the drinking water safe hose? (I'm sure it's somewhere in this 5 page post. :P but like I said, I'm lazy today)

Less restrictions with the hose compared to a python and I was looking for a way to cut down from 4.5hrs that it was taking me previously draining with 1" hose and filling up with python. Filling up took so long compared to draining it dive me insane

Dammm if it took me that long to do some wc , id loose it. Hate to see ur water bill sunny! Lol but then again i dont have the bigger tanks either. A 100, x4 30s, and a 20. I cheat a lil by mixing my water prior to fill in a brute 50g can. You live in an apt too sunny? Another idea i got was running a splitter off of the washer hook up which has a lot more pressure than sink. Just an idea tho.....
