Nope. If the test kits were interchangeable, they'd only need to make one.

I have both test kits. The bottles look exactly the same. Only difference is the test card.
I can test with both kits and report back.
I expect that there will be no difference in results.
Sunny, retest the nitrate levels. I fine this is the hardest one to test for.I ate my fish that died.

I use the 5 in one test strips(yes I know they are not good but they work for what I need) and the bottle says they can be used in FW or SW. Gives 2 different color charts for the different items.Guppies:
