That is the plan. But going with what's possible with just the 35/1.8, I guess adding a 50/1.4 would greatly enhance the possibilities. There's a couple of 35/1.8 on CL now, might pick one of them up next week and I will change my 60/2.8 deal into a 50/1.4

Lol, nothing to it. You got it down now.
With DSLRs it's all about the glass collection.
Start your hoarding! :)

Thanks Thai. All those were full manual, ISO 1200, just changed shutter speed between 1/125 - 1/200 and F-stop between 1.8 - 2.5.
Now I'm bored....

Nahhhh, I rather pay an extra 150 to get something in good condition.
But I do love vintage glass. Anything with VR is too new for me. :)

I do miss the night scene setting LOL. My Lumix PnS has that dial and that was my noob camera. Big boy pants now.

+1!
Nikon design is damn clean. Adjustment to shutter speed, ISO, and f-stop is very easy.

Way to crap on my high Nick!
Honestly though, the more I use it, the easier it is to use. Nifty piece of Tech.
