DAMMN i love my moliro!! Excellent shots. Thanks Bee. Knew you would enjoy these and the pics came out so well that it makes me glad that I got a better camera compared to my 6yo Lumix DMC-FZ7. Gonna have to borrow Thai's lens to photograph Troph fry since they are so small.Originally posted by aquabee View PostSunny take some pics of the moliro fry too!! Their lil faces are so cute.

Hook me up! Sending PMOriginally posted by soymilk View PostI might have a 35mm f1.8 for sale. I was gonna sell it to a marsh member, but its been like a month and that guy hasn't gotten back to me. So let me know if you're interested.

That makes sense. Longer lenses will be a little later for me so what you said about 35 or 50 sounds good.Originally posted by myjohnson View PostLol, it's all about light with everything. Even a P&S.
@sunny, if you have 35/1.8 you don't really need 50/1.4. I would get one or the other and save for the 60/2.8. Nothing gets close like a 60/2.8 for macro. I would only get the 105/2.8 over it. You will see what I'm talking about when you take pictures of stuff like shrimp. Just can't get close with a 35 or the 50 to get a single shrimp in a full picture.

yea, pulled stuff out to set up a mini studio to sell stuff I don't need anymore. Everything gets put into the closet or garage when i'm done or else thuy gonna have a fit lol.
But heads up anyone interested in a bubble magus doser, mp40 es W, elos ATO, and some more random stuff.

But going with what's possible with just the 35/1.8, I guess adding a 50/1.4 would greatly enhance the possibilities. There's a couple of 35/1.8 on CL now, might pick one of them up next week and I will change my 60/2.8 deal into a 50/1.4

you know whats funny, i got the 100mm macro. Now I want the 180mm or 200mm macro. I like more working distance for bugs, stupid furry black Caterpillar scares the crap outta me.Originally posted by myjohnson View PostLol, it's all about light with everything. Even a P&S.
