They had to put additional brakes on the Intimidator, because people were "graying out" in the first bank following the 90+ mph drop. . . including my brother (I was seeing stars). We rode it last year, before they put those on.

I've got a great photo of the Griffon's water braking system, as well. That thing is just ridiculous when you ride in the front.

    Shedd Aquarium-

Sue at The Field Museum in Chicago-

Griffon at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA-

Intimidator 305 at Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA-

    Volcano at KD-

Blue iguana at Shedd Aquarium. This guy was sent to a breeding colony of blue iguanas relatively recently. His geneaology was known, and he was the only iguana with that set of parents. He had tons of "personality."

If memory serves me right, mike took that picture down in CC with his kit lens.

It's a really notice shot! It has a nice balance to it.

The OOF area leads the eyes to the eggs and then spider.

Now, if that shot was taken with a nikkor 85/1.4 the bokeh effect would be NICE!

My office mate kept a black widow in a jar behind MY desk.

You have recluses here, and I'd be more concerned with a recluse bite. Despite misconceptions, we don't have them in Michigan, other than the occasional traveler hitching a ride on some freight.

Nice pictures guys. Who's house is that Steve, wow that sucks.

Mike: where was that black widow? You're a brave man for getting that close. 70-300 ftw
