    Their are several different types of Stones. But the most common type are made up of Oxalate and Calcium... Oxalate is the glue and the Calcium is the hard sharp stuff.

    The worst pain I have ever had was when one got stuck.....

    Well I know that people think that calcium causes them. But some evidence suggests a deficiency is what causes them. The 2 things that make up stones are calcium and a type of "glue". And when you don't get enough calcium the other stuff binds all the calcium it finds and creates stones. It's weird but I know when I got mine I hasn't been getting much calcium. And since I havent had one.

    Its a long story but I get Kindney Stones alot....

    I had a buddy at the research lab I use to work at put one of my stones in a electron microscope... Just imagine this coming out....

    I have more pictures its pretty scary what they look like at 1600x magnification..
