    I added some new fish purchased from a buddy. They were slightly larger than my current fish and showing nice red. Once I added them, my fish immediately began displaying more reds. Here are some pics of the current stock:

    I'm up to 43 total after this purchase and selling a few to a friend. If anyone knows someone else who's keeping these, I'd love to pick up some more in this size range

    Yes that is correct you may lost a bit of water over the time due to evaporation but long you keep the glass lids close then the amount of water lost very little.
