I had to go to a wedding, so I missed the trip. And I've been so patiently waiting for the reports. Pictures would be nice, yes...but so would any info at all!! What did you guys get?!?! Was it fun??

i was at ren fest and not too sober, but i got to see iris and rose, they are such a hoot.

The Collection Trip was GR8. I do not have any pics. But the variety of aquatic plants you see is amazing. Plz excuse any spelling mistakes in the scientific names.

Plant:
Limnofilia sessiliflora
Hydrocotyle Spp (Verticilliata, Luecocephaloa varieties)
Marsiela drummondii
Eleoclaris Spp
Limnobium Spp
Echinodorus spp
Myriophyllum Aquaticum
Lots of Bacopa monnieri
Lots of Sagittaria latifolia
Salvinia spp
Nymphaea (atleast 2 varieties)
Ludwigia Spp
Proserpinaca palustris
Saururus cernuus

There are atleast one more specie I cannot remember the name.

Fauna

Pygmy Sunfish
Golden Dot Killifish
Dwarf Crayfish
Lots of Gambusia
Lots of Ghost Shrimp

What's a golden dot killifish? Fundulus chrysotus?

To be honest I really don't know the exact name of the place. But It was from the roadside ditch  by Beltway 8 on the Northeast side.
