Did anyone else grab a bag at ADG that was labeled "water sprite," with a question mark after it? I'm wondering what exactly it is, and where it came from. I kinda like it, though!

The only one I can think of is a Hygrophilia spp. "New Guinea" That one I kept, since I have never seen it before it resembles Hygrophilia difformis but the way the root system is growing and how the stem follows the substrate as it grows makes it similar to hygrophilia spp. "balsamica" I don't think is a difficult plant so let me know when you are ready for a clipping.
BTW I have not forgotten what you ask me for, my friend is stopping by this week end and then I should be able to send them out.

Thanks! Hmm, it does look a bit similar to Hygro. balsamica, but not quite. At least not in my memory. It's very possible it's not even a "Hygro" species, it was just labeled "Water Sprite?"

If I get a chance I'll take a picture. It's pretty, anyways, and it's already grown about twice its size since I finally planted it. So it doesn't seem to be difficult, which is fine for me right now.
