Just made my third batch of shrimp mix: shrimp, krill, kale, spinach, peas, green beans, spirulina, kelp, and garlic. The feeding response to this list of ingredients has been the best so far of the three times. Good thing too because this has been the biggest batch yet.

Crazy stuff. I just came home to find the same female chilling out at the back right corner. No signs of damage, mouth clenched shut. Think she spawned again? She's about 10" on a real scale. Her aggression is not there, just hanging out by herself... Yeah, I think she's holding, may not be much after the last few days but I'll take it.

And for the first time that I've seen, she's hanging out at sand level by that rock on the right. She used to hang out by the surface

Yes. I was talking to Steve from Valley Aquatics and he said that she might have spit Monday because of my feeding so I'm gonna stop feeding for a few days or even a week to make sure she's gonna hold.

Sunny why stop feeding? The temptation of her eating? My best holder doesn't look at food when I feed. I understand how you feel. My bad holders always charge food at feeding time. Just yesterday I watched one female spit her eggs out and eat food then eat the eggs before the other fish got to them. Stubborn.
