The tank has REALLY cleared up A LOT!!!

LOL! I just came across this. I remember exactly whose fault it is. Sometimes, people get impatient and start filling up compartments with bioballs and then ask questions. LOL Geoff and Gene, do you remember? :) If I recall correctly, Gene, you said you might have shoved some bioballs down there by mistake.

Geoff, what is wrong with the Mag pump? Or, where is it? Those things were practically brand new when you purchased the tank. They should be working without any problems. Update me man. I don't want to go read this thread from the beginning. :)

I have already plead guilty and thrown myself on the mercy of the court John. While I won't mention any names I did have some help. In OUR defense We thought that all the bioballs had been removed

After several hundred theories were tried and failed Geoff traded John Crowder a mag 12 for one of his 9.5s thinking that the flow rate of the 12 was too much for the plumbing. I know John offered to give it back. I am guessing they just havent had a chance to get together yet

Everything's GREAT now. Two weekends ago Geoff traded John C. a Mag12 for a Mag7 or 9 or something, because we thought it was pumping out water too fast for it to drain through the pipes. Which, in actuality, it was, but it wasn't the pump's fault! No, your Mag12 is working wonderfully, which is why Geoff was saying he'd like the other one back, heehee.

We had SCORES of people over here at one time or another who have tried to fix this dang wet dry. And all this time, we didn't think to check the 90's connecting the hoses to the sump...Sigh. Yeah, there's a nice little "bioball shelf" inside those 90s - perfect for trapping those smaller bioballs!

Yeah nothing wrong with the MAG-12's except I traded one off as it was thought to be a solution.

Weeks later, found the real problem...

Now...I just want my other MAG-12 back so that the flow looks same, and all.

I did make mention to you John that I could not get the wetdry to work at all.

This is why I was so stumped because I knew you had it working fine, but all pointed to too much flow or the tank being not level. All of that turned out to be not it at all.
