Need Help Moving Tanks & Fish

When that weekend comes, trust me I will have every sink and waterhose tapped for filling tanks.

At the apartment I got 1-1/4 drain hose, I can completely drain my 300 in about 25 mintues. It will take more time getting the filters and lights off the thing than draining it.

The most time comsuming thing is the fish.

I will be there. Just as long as I am back from Hellansas (aka AR)
I will bring with me drain hose, and refill equipment (I need to get all the fish breeding that night, because they are about to feel the love or carbon filtered water)
John you bringing your stuff too.. we need to get some splitters we can fill up the tanks in matter of an 30 min each on average.
Geoff.. Please check before the weekend that the place have external garden hoses already there so we can tap into them filling up your tanks.

As John knows already to well, when I am in the mood for doing fish tanks and water changes.. I can bark some orders :)
We will get all the tanks moved in one day, reset all up. Filled, heated, fish in them, make them happy and with Carbon filtered water no need to worry about crap in your new water source. I will bring testing supplies to look for any of the bad stuff in your water so we know what we are filtering for.

PS At some point when home from Hellansas I will be moving fish myself.
Kiku for now back into the 70, the dubs will going the Chilambo.
In a few months (hope not year) I hope to buy a 180/210/215 and move all the fish from the 110 into that tank and the Kiku into the 110.

The hardest part is finding a good time to move. Its like I want to be moved out ASAP...but...

November 7th GHAC Auction and most people are not availible to help me this weekend either.

November 14th signed up for the Zoo tour and hate to cancel that, but most likely will because that seems to be the best weekend everyone is offering to help.

November 21st is a good weekend as well. I just hate to wait that late.

November 28th Thanksgiving weekend, I will be all stuffed & hungover with 2 Texans game that week (Monday - Titans) (Sunday - Colts)

I would not trust the box truck. Too many trips. Plus you will need someone to drive it.
You will do better renting a truck a little larger since you moving stands and other stuff.
