  • My 20gallon troph fry tank

    Here are some pics of my 20H tropheus fry tank. Sorry there are no fry in there now...just got rid of them. will have more soon since there are multiple females holding right now. I got bored with it being plain...so I have been piecing this together for about a month or so now! Tank specs

    20 gallon High tank
    Aquaclear 110 filter
    20lbs Tahitian Black Moon Sand
    Koralia 1 powerhead
    random rock
    Anubias Nana
    anubias nana petite
    Jagar 100watt heater
    Coralife 65watt Aqualight. 6500K bulb.
    a bunch of Red Spotted Nerites!!!

                no fry right now. i just got rid of my last dub fry. I got two chimbas holding now though.

                    if she ever sees this pic...your dog might have to warm your pillow on the couch..

                    All my 20's that I have for fry are all powered by AC 110's never thought to put K1's on there...

                      HAHAHAHA

                      it gets some nice schooling out of the little guys. I had 9 chimba and 4 dubs (all fry) at one point. it was really cool the way they would school just like the adults!
