Russ.. I used to travel to Ohio every month (used to have a LD relationship).
(put it this way... I earned the silver membership on Continental Airlines milage program.

Russ.. since I dont know where it is you live here is what I did for you regarding how much money you will need to save up.

I choose the week of Oct 9-18 as the gage for pricing.

Cleveland, OH - $338
Cincinnati, OH - $238
Dayton, OH - $278
Columbus, OH - $258

All flights are direct to Houston using Continental Airlines as the carrier.
All flight (and pricing) are roundtrip. From here just gain enough friends and stay at someone's home and visit around for a week :) - bring fish as gifts and you know you will be welcomed :)

BTW, it is very easy to take pictures of fish that don't move - and tropheus, petros, and cyps are not those type of fish.
